WA Strata happily accept your payments 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the following secure, swift and easy options:
Conveniently pay over the internet via DEFT Online. Make payments from your pre-registered bank account at www.deft.com.au. For help with registering, the DEFT help desk can be reached on 1300 130 833. When making an online payment, make sure you use the reference number supplied on your invoice for easy tracking.
Make your payment through DEFT Phonepay. Call 1300 301 090 locally or +612 8232 7395 internationally. For help with pre-registering your bank account details, reach the DEFT help desk on 1300 130 833. When making a payment via telephone, make sure you use the trackable reference number supplied on your invoice.
You may use your credit card to make your payment via DEFT Online or DEFT Phonepay. Log in to www.deft.com.au or call 1300 301 090 and follow the instructions. A surcharge is applied when using this option.
Pay by mailing your payment slip with your cheque or money order to Deft Payment Systems, Locked Bag 2501, Perth, WA 6001. Made payable to ‘WA Strata Headquarters Pty Ltd’.
Arrange for BPay payment directly from your savings or cheque account by contacting your participating financial institution. You will need to enter the Biller Code 96503 and the tracking reference number supplied on your invoice.
Pay smartly via Australia Post’s bill payment service by paying in person at any post office, by phone or by making your payment on the internet. Cheques made payable to ‘WA Strata Headquarters Pty Ltd t/as WA Strata Mana’.
