As the Licensee of Trenfocus Holdings Pty Ltd and local property owner, Kevin has been actively involved in the Bunbury Real Estate Market since moving to Bunbury from Kalgoorlie. With over 15 years experience in Real Estate Business, Kevin has an in depth knowledge of Sales, Leasing and Strata Management and has membership to R.E.I.W.A. and S.T.I.W.A.
Denis Russell
Denis joined the team at South West Strata Services after managing his own Strata Company Management Firm in Perth. His vast knowledge and experience in Strata Management is invaluable and with his guidance the amount of properties managed by South West Strata Services has increased enormously.
In this demanding job Denis has proved to be committed, diligent and professional in every aspect.
Robert Dempster
Robert recently joined the team at South West Strata Services after a twenty year career in asset management including major local government recreation and leisure facilities. His vast knowledge, qualifications and experience in business administration including financial management, service contracting and general business procedures is invaluable and with his guidance, South West Strata Services and the strata properties managed by South West Strata Services will benefit from improvements made to the way business is conducted.
Already Robert has impacted positively on a number of issues and there are a number of new initiatives planned to re-enforce South West Strata Service's position as market leader in strata management services.
